Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team at Intrepid Solutions and Services. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
  • Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems.
  • Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, required.
  • Five (5) years of experience as a System Administrator.
  • Experience with configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to provide quality customer service.
