Soliant is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district near Liberty, TX.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality therapy and evaluation services to students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 elementary students, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet their unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Document and track student progress, utilizing data to inform instruction and drive student growth
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred, but not required
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) who are committed to pursuing licensure and certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
