Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Address Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide Counseling Services: Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create and implement treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
  • Document Client Progress: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including counseling sessions, assessments, and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Stay Current with Industry Developments: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a social science discipline or related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: CSAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or other relevant licenses and certifications.
