Join Our Team as a Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (WOCN) to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role
  • Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
  • Conduct wound care consultations and provide oversight to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements
  • At least one year of nursing experience, with prior home care experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients and their families.
