Senior Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Banker to join our team at Middlesex Savings Bank. As a Senior Banker, you will be responsible for representing the Bank to the public and to our colleagues, and promoting our core values and mission.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by conducting a wide array of customer transactions, recommending products and services, and assisting customers with questions and problem resolution.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work, demonstrating sound technical knowledge of Bank products and services, and displaying expertise with the Bank's digital products.
• Support the branch supervisors in creating the best customer experience possible, and perform branch settlement, basic recycler troubleshooting, and branch opening and closing as needed.
• Act as a resource for other team members and support branch supervisors in creating a positive work environment.
• Follow through on tasks and assignments, manage time and priorities effectively, and demonstrate flexibility.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 months of Banker experience or similar customer service related position within banking.
• Must possess knowledge of basic math principles and be able to perform basic mathematical procedures.
• Must possess strong attention to detail, demonstrated customer service, sales, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work extended and weekend hours, and have scheduling and work location flexibility.

• Some college education.
• Must attain designation of Notary Public within 6 months.
