Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - School Services

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in Brooklyn, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication needs
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of students' progress
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with students with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
