About the Role

Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Psychologist to join our Behavioral Health department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret psychological testing to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that reflect test results and make recommendations for further interventions based on psychological best practices.
  • Provide clinical psychotherapy to support patients in achieving their mental health goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a doctoral degree in Psychology and be licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin. You will also be expected to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of standard psychological assessment tools and protocols.
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex information to patients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
