Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other licensed therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services.
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work (MSW or Ph.D.) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in one or more US states.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
