As a Patient Care Technician at Davita, Inc., you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
- Providing direct one-on-one patient care to ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment experience.
- Building long-term relationships with patients who receive treatment on average three times a week.
