Key Responsibilities- Learn and understand automotive repair service terminology and procedures.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Handle incoming calls and schedule service appointments efficiently.
- Provide safe transportation for guests using company vehicles.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with respect and integrity.
- Assist in the reception and processing of parts and perform various errands as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support team members with clerical tasks, including accounts receivable and documentation.
- Engage in guest service activities as needed based on workload.
- Act as a community representative for the store by building authentic relationships.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated customer service experience is essential; a passion for serving others is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Compliance with required insurance driving record standards.
