Job Title: Memory Care Director
\rAbout the Role:
\rWe are seeking an experienced Memory Care Director to join our team at HumanEdge. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and senior living, with a focus on memory care.
\rResponsibilities:

Develop and implement effective memory care programs, ensuring that residents receive high-quality support and services.
\rLead a team of staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
\rCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
\rMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of memory care programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure that residents' needs are met.
\rStay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in memory care, applying this knowledge to improve services and outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as healthcare administration, nursing, social services, gerontology, or mental health.
\rMaster's degree preferred.
\rAt least 6-8 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on senior living or memory care.
\rSupervisory and leadership experience required.
\rProven ability to manage operations, budgets, and staff in a healthcare environment.
\rStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
\rAbility to make sound decisions quickly and decisively, while remaining adaptable in high-stress environments.

Compensation:
\rThe estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
