Job Overview

Jettison is seeking a skilled Digital Finishing Operator to join their team at their Mukilteo location. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating commercial label inspector machines, ensuring high-quality finishes on printed labels.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate label inspector machines to achieve precise quality control
  • Apply finishing touches to printed labels, including foil and embossing
  • Slit continuous lengths of printed material into strips of specified width
  • Inspect products to ensure quality integrity and package products
  • Collaborate with the press supervisor and team lead to receive job assignments and ensure all specifications are met
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Flatbed foil and emboss experience a plus
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing environment or printing/packaging industry preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions
  • Basic math skills and ability to measure accurately
