Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions
  • Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store
  • Solve customer issues, answer questions, assist with accounts, upgrade services, and process requests
  • Provide expert-level understanding and support for customers and Comcast products and services
  • Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $15.05 and the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings through our sales compensation programs. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics/wireless retail sales
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in alternate stores outside of the home base store
