We are seeking a highly motivated and spiritually mature individual to join our team as a Student Staff Member. This role will provide support to our Raleigh Young Life area, focusing on ministry development, leadership training, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement ministry strategies to engage with local youth and young adults.
- Provide leadership training and development opportunities for volunteer leaders and staff.
- Support the area director in planning and executing events, campaigns, and other ministry initiatives.
- Collaborate with the TDS team to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
- Assist with data management, communication, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Pursuing a college degree.
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
This is a student staff position with Raleigh Young Life NC28. The standard base pay range for this role is $19,118.00-$22,729.50.
