Job Description

This PRN home health SLP role will cover both Durango and Pagosa area needs. You will work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide individualized care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Master's degree in speech-language therapy with a Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American-Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Current Speech Language Pathologist Certification with the State of Colorado
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • At least 1 year of experience as a speech language pathologist in a home health setting
