Position Overview
Pastry Operations Expert

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Operations Expert to oversee client and customer pastry training and retail assistance within the designated area. This role involves fostering and sustaining robust working relationships with in-store and sales operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client and customer support in the designated area through regular store visits.
- Facilitate in-store pastry training within the assigned market.
- Compile reports and deliver insights to management as required.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Demonstrate effective time management and communication skills via phone and email.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in baking, including areas such as pastries, frozen dough, and cake decoration.
- Advanced skills in cake decoration with the ability to create innovative and trendy designs.
- Proficient baking skills with experience in working with various mixes and doughs.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills; excellent analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
Work Environment
This position is primarily conducted in a retail environment, requiring the ability to engage in significant physical activity, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Proper safety practices must be observed when handling products.
