About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Head Start Home Visitor Supervisor to join our team in Salem, OR. As a key member of our staff, you will oversee the supervision and support of home visitors, ensuring high-quality services to families.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work, human development, or a related field, and previous experience as a home visitor working with parents, infants, and toddlers in a social service setting. They should have strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
