Role Overview

  • Manage the appeals process in accordance with specific payer guidelines and timelines.


The Care Coordination RN plays a vital role in executing utilization management tasks and works closely with case management teams and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in case management
  • Proficiency in InterQual criteria
