  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and laboratory results.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document patient information and care plans in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
  • HCHB and Oasis required.
