Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financing and fundraising efforts, including coordinating due diligence and drafting term sheets.
  • Negotiate definitive agreements and manage closing processes.
  • Scale and support the corporate structure, including capital contributions, equity awards, and required filings.
  • Manage projects effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • JD degree and 10+ years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services and disruptive technology.
  • Proven ability to assess legal business risks and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
