Facility Maintenance Specialist

Sam's Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team in Mankato, MN. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our warehouse environment.

About the Job
- Maintain a safe and clean facility by performing tasks such as cleaning, sweeping, and disposing of waste
- Respond to spills and maintain a clean environment
- Maintain proper levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies
Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean environment
- Clean windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with Company Environmental Sustainability Program
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years old
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $17.00 to $24.00 per hour
- Performance-based bonus awards

Additional Compensation
- Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
