About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Household Manager/Personal Assistant to join our team at Friendly Franchisees Corporation. As a key member of our household and office team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Your strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and ability to work independently will enable you to excel in this role and provide exceptional support to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, and communications.
• Process payroll for household staff and prepare reports/documents.
• Coordinate meetings and events, handle confidential information, and follow up on tasks.
2. Household and Personal Management:
• Oversee daily household operations, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
• Handle cleaning, organizing, stocking, personal errands, and light cooking when needed.
3. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Apple devices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is an hourly position with a salary range of $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience. Hours vary between 25-30 hours. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.
