About the Role

As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to clients in their homes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status, including muscle function, endurance, and ADL and IADL performance.
  • Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Educate and instruct patients, family members, or other patient representatives in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote health, safety, and independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided.
Requirements
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in HI.
  • Willing to travel in assigned territory.
  • Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA.
  • At least one year of work experience under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
