Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Facility Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance with company safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, subordinates, co-workers, and managers.
  • Meet and exceed all terms and conditions of contracts for locations.
  • Assist with hiring, supervising, retaining, and terminating employees.
  • Properly train associates in customer service, operational procedures, time card completion, and on-the-job safety.
  • Conduct field audits to ensure revenue collection procedures are being followed and revenue is accurately accounted for.
  • Ensure operations meet all OSHA and safety standards and comply with company safety procedures.
  • Ensure cleanliness, signing, safety, and compliance with pertinent parking regulations to company standards at all locations.
  • Work with manager to process accounts payable and receivable within established guidelines.
  • Work with manager to manage expenses and cash flow, minimizing loss stations.
  • Nourish client/customer base by establishing and maintaining consistent communication with landlords and/or property managers, and actively market for growth.
  • Provide own transportation at own cost and expense, including fuel, maintenance, repairs, and insurance.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • At least two to three years related experience or training with increasing responsibility.
  • Computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, data entry, and spreadsheet competency.
  • Current valid state driver's license and proof of insurance.
