Key Responsibilities

Client Support:

  • Assist seasoned agents in delivering outstanding client service.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Policy Analysis:

  • Collaborate with agents to perform comprehensive policy evaluations.
  • Spot opportunities to enhance coverage options.

Client Education:

  • Help in informing clients about various insurance products and their advantages.

Documentation Management:

  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and punctually.

Training and Skill Development:

  • Engage actively in training sessions and workshops.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of insurance and sales techniques.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Previous sales experience, particularly in insurance, is beneficial.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Personal Qualities:

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a sincere desire to assist clients.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Licensing:

  • Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
