Compensation

  • Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $40.00
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,500.00

Key Responsibilities

  • Install complete plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.
  • Oversee plumbing projects from inception to completion, including planning and scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes.
  • Maintain detailed work logs of job sites, equipment, and materials.
  • Provide high-quality plumbing services independently on various sites.
  • Train and mentor apprentices in plumbing best practices.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all plumbing work.

Job Requirements

  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lead Plumber.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
  • Proficient in using both power and hand tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
