Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through the entire purchasing journey by adhering to established sales processes and protocols.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of vehicle features and specifications.
  • Showcase vehicle functionality through demonstrations in the showroom and during test drives.
  • Facilitate the delivery of new vehicles, ensuring customers are well-informed about their vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary documentation.
  • Implement a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Develop a proactive approach to prospecting by reaching out to potential customers via calls and emails to schedule appointments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service is essential.
  • Experience in automotive sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with new vehicle technologies and mechanical systems is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills are necessary.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
