Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to enhance our engineering team. This is a permanent role that allows you to contribute significantly to our innovative projects.

As a Quality Engineer, you will be essential in upholding the quality standards of our products and systems, ensuring they align with our company's high expectations and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Establishing and upholding the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with the IATF 16949 standard.
  • Leading Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to facilitate the successful launch of new products and processes.
  • Overseeing the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) to ensure production meets customer specifications.
  • Conducting root cause analysis for quality-related challenges and implementing corrective measures to avert future occurrences.
  • Championing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Designing and executing quality control processes to assess production performance and product quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex issues and enhance overall product and process quality.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, advancements, and regulatory standards related to quality control.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering capacity within the engineering sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Quality Control, IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in root cause analysis.
  • A proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with statistical analysis tools.
