JFC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to inform demand planning and management decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address supply chain bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with CRM and ERP systems to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Inventory, Operations, Customer Service, IT, and Sales teams
  • Manage communication with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide updates on orders, deliveries, and billing
  • Forecast truck inbounds for 3rd party logistics and create inbounds for orders
  • Manage 3PL inventory and ensure accurate tracking and reporting

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar supply chain or demand planning role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms, with the ability to work effectively in these systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
