Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable Cycle
  • Oversee the Accounts Payable Cycle
  • Input Journal Entries accurately
  • Conduct Bank Reconciliation
  • Review and process Intra/Inter-Company settlements
  • Assist in the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly closing processes
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by the organization

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid foundation in Accounting or Finance
  • Basic understanding of debit and credit entries
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Excel Formulas
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Relevant accounting work experience
  • A degree in Accounting is mandatory
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
