Radiologic Specialist in Mammography
Become a vital member of our dedicated team at New York Imaging Service as a Radiologic Specialist in Mammography. We prioritize delivering accurate diagnostic services to our patients. We are in search of a proficient technologist to conduct both routine and advanced mammography examinations, assist with biopsy procedures, manage inventory, and ensure prompt reporting of results that enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and advanced mammography examinations
- Assist with stereotactic biopsy procedures
- Manage inventory and procure necessary supplies
- Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations
- Process imaging results and perform quality assurance checks
Qualifications:
- Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- At least three years of experience in the field of Mammography
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in computer applications
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary up to $55 per hour. We offer Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance, Disability benefits, a 401k Plan, generous Paid Time Off, and 8 paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays).
