Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Medication Technician to join our team as a second shift and weekend support specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing medication management support to clients in their homes, schools, offices, or community settings. As a member of our In-Home Recovery team, you will work closely with Program Supervisors, Lead staff, and other service providers to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medication monitoring services, including delivery of medications to improve compliance and review of medication side effects with clients
  • Participate in recovery teams to provide feedback on service delivery and progress
  • Work collaboratively with clients, service teams, and clinical supervisors to determine interventions
  • Coordinate services per the service plan
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel throughout the Wausau area
  • A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of community resources and counseling principles and methods
