We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI. The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, with knowledge of office procedures.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package and retirement plan with match.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet and register patients in a professional manner.
  2. Obtain and maintain complete and accurate patient demographics.
  3. Provide clerical support, including answering phone calls and providing routine information to callers.
  4. Transfer, take, and route messages as appropriate.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of office procedures normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer experience and basic computer keyboarding skills preferred.
