Position Summary

Are you skilled at troubleshooting and ensuring operational efficiency? Pyramid Global Hospitality is looking for a committed individual to fill the role of an Entry-Level Hotel Maintenance Technician.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and functionality of our hotel facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Execute routine maintenance activities, including plumbing repairs, electrical system upkeep, and HVAC servicing. - Perform basic carpentry and painting tasks. - Address maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns to the maintenance supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of various maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry skills. - Previous experience in a hotel or resort maintenance role is preferred. - Basic mechanical understanding for the operation and repair of hotel equipment. - Proficiency in using related tools, both hand and power tools.

- Basic English communication skills and mathematical abilities to effectively interact with team members, understand job tasks, and perform simple calculations.

- Capability to perform physical tasks that involve bending, stooping, and kneeling. - Ability to lift and move objects or materials weighing up to 200 lbs. - Willingness to climb stairs and ladders, working at heights of up to approximately 30 feet for extended periods, and reach overhead as necessary.

- Capacity to lift or carry items weighing up to 100 lbs. at waist height occasionally. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment in handling various issues. - Flexibility to move and work throughout the hotel during shifts. - Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $18.00/Hr. - $22.00/Hr., commensurate with qualifications and experience.
