Territory Sales Representative

Kitchen Cabinet Distributors LLC is a leading provider of stock cabinetry solutions in the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within an assigned territory.
- Develop Leads: Identify and develop new leads and sales opportunities through self-generated activities and partnerships with internal teams.
- Manage Key Accounts: Support, manage, and grow sales and relationships across corporate house accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Coordinate Sales Activities: Collaborate with external sales representatives to coordinate and support sales activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum results.
- Provide Market Insight: Offer general support and market insight to the Director of Sales and Marketing team, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
- Capture Market Opportunities: Identify and capture market opportunities across customer and geographic segments, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximum results.
- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Make decisions based on data and opportunity quantification, ensuring strategic alignment and maximum impact.
- Meet Forecasts: Manage positive sales activity within assigned accounts to meet forecasts as established by KCD Leadership, driving revenue growth and business success.
- Maintain Relationships: Maintain and foster relationships with key accounts to prevent competitive erosion, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Complete Administrative Tasks: Complete in a timely manner administrative tasks for new accounts as well as existing accounts, ensuring seamless execution and maximum results.
- Develop Competitive Database: Maintain a competitive database that helps drive strategic decisions, informing business growth and revenue expansion.
- Develop Key Account Planning Documents: Develop, update, and maintain key account planning documents annually, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximum results.
- Identify and Evaluate Market Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and quantify market opportunities, including but not limited to pricing, product development, marketing/sales collateral, and directional channel programs.
- Exceptional Drive and Team-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate exceptional drive and a team-oriented mindset, with a proven history of setting goals and exceeding them.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to think creatively and find effective methods for getting the job done with limited resources.
- Self-Generated Leads: Demonstrate the ability to self-generate leads and sales opportunities in the marketplace, driving revenue growth and business success.
- Basic Working Knowledge of Field Sales: Possess basic working knowledge of field sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Strong Analytical Ability: Possess strong analytical ability, with the ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
- PC Skills: Possess PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience utilizing a CRM system.
- NetSuite Experience: Possess experience with NetSuite, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and applications.
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Possess 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of driving sales growth in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrable Success: Demonstrate demonstrable success in driving sales growth in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Experience in the Building Products Industry: Possess experience in the Building Products industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and challenges.
- College Degree: Possess a college degree in business administration, communications, or sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
