Deliver Compassionate Care in the Comfort of Home

As a Private Duty Nurse with Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team serves pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients throughout the state of Delaware, including Camden, Georgetown, Newark, and Wilmington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and prescribed treatments as ordered
  • Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients
  • Coordinate care with families, doctors, and other healthcare providers
  • Build positive relationships through compassionate, responsive, and courteous service

Requirements:

DE LPN or RN license with one year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Must be able to attend a two-week daytime orientation in our Camden office, followed by patient field orientation

Previous home health and/or Long Term Care experience a plus

Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred
