About SJS Executives, LLC

SJS Executives, LLC is a professional services company specializing in supporting federal and military organizations. We offer a competitive salary of $86,000 and a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and 401k.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct constructability reviews of design completed in-house or by outside firms for code compliance and constructability.
  • Develop procurement packages for maintenance service, NRM projects, and Maintenance agreements.
  • Develop plans and solutions to identified problem areas by assisting staff in investigating areas of the facility.
  • Develop a program for the systematic monitoring and aspect evaluation of a project to ensure that standards of quality are being met.
  • Abide by applicable station rules and requirements.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited Engineering program or Engineering Technology program.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred but not required.
  • 4 or more years of systems design including at least 1 year working on Capital Improvement projects for a Federal Agency.
  • Possess the skills and abilities to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
  • Shall have knowledge of construction scheduling methods and of building and construction crafts.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a drug test and a thorough background check for access onto a military installation.
