- Master's degree from an accredited school of social work.
- Minimum of two years of social work experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Successful completion of orientation and competency validation.
- Proven expertise as a clinical social worker, including crisis intervention skills.
- Proven expertise in critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Cultural competence, integrity, and a courteous disposition.
- Willingness to work as an integral member of a multi-skilled team.
- Advanced knowledge of social work theory and practice.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective and positive interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
