Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Providence Swedish Medical Center - Edmonds Campus. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and turnover of operating rooms, including stocking and restocking supplies and equipment.
- Transport patients to and from the operating room and recovery area.
- Perform various tasks as assigned by the charge nurse, including equipment and supply management.
- 1 year of experience in a relevant position, such as an Operating Room Aide, Operating Room Housekeeper, or Certified Nursing Assistant.
- Must not be a first-time traveler.
- Previous employees of Providence affiliated facilities must be separated from the health system for a minimum of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
This is a per diem position working variable 8-hour shifts, with possible rotating shifts based on volume. The unit has 8 beds and cares for patients of all ages, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
