We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a key member of our senior living community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and bed making.
- Support all aspects of meal service, including transportation and tray delivery.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure frequent checks on residents who require assistance.
- Maintain open communication with Nurse Supervisors and Charge Nurses to report any changes in resident condition or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, companionship, and engagement in activities.
- Assist clinical staff in making residents comfortable and assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
