We are seeking a highly skilled Physician / Critical Care Specialist to join our team at Physician Empire in Western New York. As a leading healthcare provider, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment for our physicians to excel in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality critical care services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement evidence-based protocols for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including neurosurgery, vascular surgery, neurology, emergency services, medicine, radiology, and rehabilitative medicine, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Work closely with the medical director to streamline care and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Board certification in critical care medicine.
- Experience in a hospital-based critical care setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
