Job Summary:
Physician Empire is seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Critical Care Intensivist to join our team at our Western New York facility. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a full scope of critical care services to patients in our inpatient facility
- Implement and maintain an inpatient critical care service that meets the highest standards of quality and patient safety
- Collaborate with our Neurosurgery, Vascular Surgery, Neurology, Emergency Services, Medicine, Radiology, and Rehabilitative Medicine teams to streamline care for critically ill patients
- Work closely with our Medical Director to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and patient-centered care models
