Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are repaired correctly on the first attempt
- Maintain a minimum of 50% video multipoint inspection rate
- Achieve a minimum of 50% ASR submission rate
- Complete 100% of web-based training
- Follow repair processes as outlined in service manuals and TSBs
- Document repair procedures clearly
- Conduct test drives to verify repair quality
- Utilize diagnostic and special service equipment for testing components and systems
- Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair all vehicle systems
- Develop expertise in electric vehicle technology as our EV offerings grow
- Maintain open communication with Service Advisors
- Commit to meeting promised repair times
- Provide accurate estimates for necessary repairs and services
- Execute warranty repairs according to Kia specifications
- Maximize efficiency in all tasks

Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to quality work
- Proven reliability, responsibility, and accountability
- Take ownership of your work quality
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Emissions certifications are preferred
- A valid driving record is required
- Must be at least 18 years old
