Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to all customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and facing.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean and tidy, including sweeping and mopping the floor, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards, including checking for freshness and expiration dates.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and manage inventory.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stoop, and kneel regularly, and lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
