Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Restaurants, Inc. as a key member of our service staff.

• Mix and serve a variety of drinks to patrons, adhering to standard recipes and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues and management.
• Introduce yourself to guests, offer suggestions, and provide great salesmanship to enhance the customer experience.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices, following company policies and local regulations.
• Process orders efficiently, ringing in sales correctly and in a timely fashion.
• Seat guests, answer the phone, and perform side work duties as needed.
• Pre-bus tables, reset, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Run food, refill beverages, and complete tasks throughout the shift.
• Perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
• Observe guests, address concerns, and report issues to management prior to departure.
• Provide a sincere farewell, inviting guests to return.

• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours).
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to operate a cash register and/or POS system.

• Must be 18 years old to serve alcohol or as state regulations dictate.
• Must possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Must be a problem solver and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet physical requirements.
