Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch beverage service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Beverages: Develop and execute drink menus, prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, take and deliver drink orders, and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Process Payments and Manage Cash: Handle cash and process payments accurately, and collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
Critical Skills and Experience Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Responsible Beverage Service: Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment, and certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
