We provide both inpatient and outpatient medical services throughout Southwest Michigan.
Job SummaryThis role involves providing quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) under the direction of a Nurse Leader, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients.
The RN partners with patients and their families to develop a plan of care, provides education, and documents learning appropriately in the health record.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $65,000 and $95,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patients as part of the nursing process
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and their families
- Provide education and documentation of patient learning in the health record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing within 5 years
- Mandatory certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days
- Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) license required
