Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced After-School Sports Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for leading engaging social-emotional learning and enrichment activities, including STEAM, music, and Lego, for TK/K-6th grade students. Your primary goal will be to motivate students and increase their excitement about learning.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning and enrichment activities.
- Lead groups of up to 20 students in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with homework completion and snack distribution.
- Effectively manage student behavior and provide support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with staff and embrace professional development opportunities.
- 1-2 years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary and middle school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
