Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist II will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitative programs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Provide clinical supervision and instruction to assistants and aides
  • Stay up-to-date with professional practice developments and advancements
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
  • PT-Physical Therapist certification or approved license applicant/resident training program employee
  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Computer and technology proficiency
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

This is a per diem/casual position with variable shift hours, including one weekend shift per month. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient care.
