Job Summary: Community of Hope seeks a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring that all COH sites are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations. The successful candidate will have experience in facilities management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

About Us: Community of Hope is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health and ending family homelessness in Washington, D.C. We provide healthcare, housing, and supportive services to under-resourced communities.

Salary: $27.88 - $30.28 hourly

Responsibilities:
• Oversees the maintenance of company-wide facilities ticketing system
• Manages inventory of maintenance and janitorial supplies
• Coordinates purchase requests for janitorial and maintenance supplies, furniture, equipment, and other fixtures
• Performs general mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Researches and responds to maintenance requests or refers complaints and requests to direct supervisor

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Type 1 EPA HVAC Certification preferred
• Minimum two years as a facilities management supervisor required
• Experience with managing a facilities work request ticketing system required
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures, and maintenance
• Punctuality and ability to work independently required
